Supervisor, Custodial Services

This position serves to coordinate exceptional custodial operations for the Wilson Center and build a recognized, world-class guest experience. Assist in leading, reviewing, and evaluating the activities and operations of custodial services including planning and development of cleaning schedules. Coordinate part-time staff to help with events. Supervise assigned staff to include responsibility for managing, staffing, coaching, discipline, scheduling, timekeeping, and other related personnel duties. Participates in completing related work activities in the absence of staff. Responsible for the overall success and productivity of the assigned team.

PT Marketing Specialist

To assist in design, social media, marketing and public relations efforts for the Wilson Center and Wilma Daniels Gallery; support Wilson Center assessment initiatives.


PT Marketing Assistant

PT Box Office Associate

This position is the front-line for the Wilson Center and Cape Fear Community College for the public. The candidate will represent the College, Presenting organization, Wilson Center staff, as well as the City and County. It handles all ticketing operations for CFCC, and provides information in a hospitable fashion to those with inquiries. This role is highly visible and interacts with sponsors, donors, clients (internal and external), and rental client organizations. They provide the highest level of customer service to all guests, vendors, and clients.


PT Local Stage Crew

The Local Stage Crews for the Wilson Center consist of a range of different position opportunities. Local Stage Crews are needed for the load-in, show call, and load-out of our visiting productions. Local Crew positions include Carpenters, Flymen, Riggers, Electricians, Audio, Props, Wardrobe, Hair, Truck Loaders, Pushers, Spot Operators, Sound, and Lighting Board Operators, and more.



PT Guest Experience Personnel

The Guest Experience Personnel position is an event-based, part-time position that will work a variety of events in the Wilson Center at Cape Fear Community College. The Guest Experience Staff for the Wilson Center consists of a range of different shift responsibilities including Point of Entry Assistant, Point of Entry Lead, House Manager, VIP Lead, Reception Lead, Artist Services, Bar Lead, Concessions Lead, Gallery Attendant, Production Runner, and more.
