Larry the Cable Guy Gits-R-Done

An Evening with Larry the Cable Guy

There’s few things more American than a self-proclaimed catch phrase, a thick Southern accent, and a plaid, sleeveless shirt. In this case, Larry the Cable Guy has it all. He’s full of blue-collar humor, quick to the punch, and easy to laugh along with. His signature “Git-R-Done” seems to perfectly sum up the success of his career and paves the way for many more jokes about family, NASCAR, and Americans.

Larry writes, “I sat down one day and said to myself, ‘Larry, you’ve done it all. You’ve got three gold records, a successful DVD, a hit TV show, a picture of Shania Twain givin’ ya the finger, and most important, the high score on Frogger. What more could you possibly do?’ The only logical answer is, go on tour.

As a multi-platinum recording artist, Grammy nominee, Billboard award-winner, and notable actor, Larry the Cable Guy keeps the accomplishments rolling. He’s recorded comedy specials like “Remain Seated” and “We’ve Been Thinking” and full-length comedy albums like “The Right to Bare Arms” and “Blue Collar Comedy Tour: One for the Road.” In 2015, Larry the Cable Guy and Jeff Foxworthy launched their own comedy channel “Jeff and Larry’s Comedy Roundup” on SIRIUSXM.

If that’s not enough to convince you that the drive for success is electric in Larry, he’s also the voice behind the beloved character Mater in the Golden Globe winning film franchise “Cars.” With an impressive career spanning across categories, Larry truly lives his motto. He’s also a bestselling author and a name on Forbes Celebrity 100 list in 2006, 2007, 2011 and 2012. He’s a philanthropist, a father, and an all-around big personality. C’mon down and see what the buzz is all about.
