After transitioning from a successful career as a musician, Zach Pluer held various leadership roles in arts administration before becoming the Executive Director of CFCC’s Wilson Center. His background as an independent musician provided him with firsthand experience in promotion, performance, and touring, which contributed to his comprehensive understanding of the performance arts industry.

Zach’s expertise in education, English language, and Spanish broadens his ability to engage with diverse audiences and stakeholders. Zach’s educational background further enhances the learning prospects for CFCC students. The Wilson Center serves as a learning laboratory for CFCC’s arts and theater students, offering a valuable firsthand experience in production work.
