COVID-19 Promise

The Wilson Center understands that as you consider buying tickets for future events, you are weighing numerous “what ifs.” While we cannot control the future, nor predict the evolving responses to the COVID-19 pandemic both locally and nationally, we CAN assure you that the Wilson Center will always put guest safety first, and we will stand behind any ticket that you purchase for our future events with our COVID-19 Promise.

For any tickets to an indoor performance purchased after June 1, 2021*:

If you feel that pandemic conditions make it unsafe to attend a show, you may select ONE of the following options until 48 hours PRIOR to your ticketed performance:

• Exchange for another event currently on sale at the Wilson Center (subject to availability)
• Convert the full or partial value of your tickets to a credit on your Wilson Center account to be used for a future ticket purchase
• Convert the full or partial value of your tickets to a gift voucher – suitable as a gift, or to use yourself!
• Donate the full or partial value of your tickets to support the work of the Wilson Center, including our Broadway for a Better World initiative, which provides free-of-charge tickets to the Wilson Center’s Cape Fear Stage PNC Broadway & Stars Series.

Our COVID-19 Promise applies to events presented by Cape Fear Stage, and is available only to the original ticket buyer who purchased through the Wilson Center directly. Tickets purchased through resellers are not covered.

*For tickets purchased prior to June 1, you may also request a full refund using the same method of payment as the initial purchase wherever possible, up until 14 days prior to the rescheduled date.

• Request a full refund (using the same method of payment as the initial purchase, wherever possible)
