This position serves as a creative, detail-oriented, production leader for the Wilson Center. This role advances the organization in meeting and maximizing its earned income goals, along with maintaining the highest level of services and support for artist/agency/guest/client relationships. This position is pivotal in realizing increased earned revenue through ticket sales, subscriptions, rentals, and other audience engagement events/partnerships. The focus of this position will be three-pronged: project management; communications; graphic design.
This position works to provide exceptional custodial operations for the Center and build a recognized, world-class guest experience. Venue Stewards operate all cleaning equipment as required, including; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, waxing and buffing floors, leaf blowing, power washing, etc. Some knowledge of building cleaning practices, supplies and equipment is preferred.
The Local Stage Crews for the Wilson Center consist of a range of different position opportunities. Local Stage Crews are needed for the load-in, show call, and load-out of our visiting productions. Local Crew positions include Carpenters, Flymen, Riggers, Electricians, Audio, Props, Wardrobe, Hair, Truck Loaders, Pushers, Spot Operators, Sound, and Lighting Board Operators, and more.
This position assists with all guest services offered at the Wilson Center including, but not limited to, concessions, event setup and breakdown, security screening and front-of-house logistics while administering exceptional customer service of the Center; and to build a recognized, world-class, guest services experience.
