All guests require a ticket, regardless of age. Children must be able to sit quietly in their own seat without disturbing other guests. As a further courtesy to our guests, the Center recommends one parent or chaperone for every four or five children in attendance.
A 25% deposit is required when reserving your seats and the full balance is due six weeks prior to your selected event. If you reserve your tickets less than six weeks prior to the show, full payment will be due upon ordering.
You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You may also pay with one corporate or business check. Please note that we do not accept individual or personal checks for group orders.
We offer a payment plan that allows you to reserve your group tickets in advance with a refundable deposit of just 25%; however, this deposit does become non-refundable within two weeks of placing your order and the full balance is due six weeks prior to the show date.
You may modify the number of tickets you order at any time as long as you keep the minimum required for the selected performance. Please note that all tickets for a single group order must be for the same performance. Once final payment is made, all sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges.
Once full payments are made, the tickets will be delivered to you based on the method of delivery you opted for when placing your order. Delivery options include standard first class mail (fee applies) or pick-up at our onsite Box Office (free). All orders over $1,000 will be sent via FedEx for a fee of $15.00. Should you request not to use FedEx, tickets will be placed at the Ticket Center for pick-up. Tickets ordered less than 14 business days prior to a performance will be sent via FedEx or held at the Ticket Center.
Let us know you will be bringing your group by bus, and we will provide you with information about bus parking along with convenient drop-off and pick-up areas.
