The Wilson Center at Cape Fear Community College (CFCC) is excited to announce the debut season of the 2024-2025 Weird and Wonderful Series! This five-show season explores the eerie, wild, and miraculous through experimental space exploration, paranormal experiences, nostalgic comedy, and more!

It’s definitely weird, and undeniably wonderful. The Weird and Wonderful Series is a part of CFCC’s Wilson Center’s commitment to bring high quality live entertainment and a welcoming environment to as many people in the Cape Fear region. Trust us, there’s truly something for everyone!

This season includes musical experiences, acrobatic performances, and displays of magic that are fun for the whole family. As a part of Hello Arts, the Family Series offers $15 all-in student tickets for students of any age and can be applied to any seat in the house.

 Join us for an unforgettable season as we welcome our new Music Director, Peter Askim! The Classics Series will feature five breathtaking concerts, including Carmina Burana with Cape Fear Chorale and UNCW Chorus, Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons performed by Aisslinn Nosky and Guy Fishman (principal players from Handel + Haydn Society), and rising star Paul Aguilar performing Christian Colberg’s Viola Concerto.
