Please see below for the postponement or cancellation status of each affected event. This page will be updated as new information regarding specific events becomes available. As much as we are able, we are committed to informing ticket holders of the status of their events at least a week before the performance. We will give more advanced notice whenever possible.

If you are a ticket holder for one of the above events:

Ticket Central will be in touch via email regarding your options – exchange, donate, refund, or account credit.
Ticket holders to some events have already been contacted, and emails for the other events will be sent shortly.
Please be patient, as we are receiving a high volume of calls and emails, and are doing our best to respond to all, and get information out in a timely manner.

What if my event is postponed or cancelled, but I have not been contacted yet?

As mentioned above, we are currently handling a high volume of calls and emails so we might not have reached out to you just yet. But, to be sure you get the best information, follow the steps below:

  • Check the email address you are using. Double-check to be sure it is the email address associated with your ticket order, as this is the only address we will be emailing.
  • Check your spam folder. If you are sure that you are checking the right address, then take a peek into your spam folder and see if our email went there. It doesn’t happen that often, but it does happen.
  • Are you using a RoadRunner address? We have had some reports that certain ticket holders with ec.rr.com email addresses are not receiving our emails. If that is happening to you, please contact Ticket Central at tickets@wilsoncentertickets.com
