Event Cancellations and Postponements due to COVID-19

Please see the table below for the postponement or cancellation status of each affected event. This table is now easily searchable and sortable for your convenience. This information will be updated as new information regarding specific events becomes available.

Event Cancellations and Postponements

If you are a ticket holder for one of the above events:

Ticket Central will be in touch via email regarding your options – exchange, donate, refund, or account credit.
Ticket holders to some events have already been contacted, and emails for the other events will be sent shortly.
Please be patient, as we are receiving a high volume of calls and emails, and are doing our best to respond to all, and get information out in a timely manner.

What if my event is postponed or cancelled, but I have not been contacted yet?

As mentioned above, we are currently handling a high volume of calls and emails so we might not have reached out to you just yet. But, to be sure you get the best information, follow the steps below:

  • Check the email address you are using. Double-check to be sure it is the email address associated with your ticket order, as this is the only address we will be emailing.
  • Check your spam folder. If you are sure that you are checking the right address, then take a peek into your spam folder and see if our email went there. It doesn’t happen that often, but it does happen.
  • Not getting our emails? We have had some reports that certain ticket holders – especially those with ec.rr.com email addresses – are not receiving our emails. Please consider whitelisting announcements@mail.wilsoncentertickets.com to ensure that you get our emails right away. Whitelisting an email address ensures that emails sent from that specific address reach the Inbox, instead of being marked as spam. In some cases you only have to update the whitelist in your email service, but sometimes you also have to update the whitelist in your security program.
