The Wilma W. Daniels Gallery on the campus of Cape Fear Community College is managed under the auspices of the Wilson Center and serves as an educational resource for students, faculty, and the community through the presentation of work by prominent regional and national artists. It is the mission of the gallery to expand student awareness of artistic trends, motivations, and techniques, through direct interaction with artwork and artists in the form of exhibitions, lectures, and related events. The gallery schedules 8 to 10 exhibitions annually including one juried student show and one faculty exhibition.
In addition to showcasing artwork, the gallery serves as a hands-on classroom for teaching curatorial and gallery management practices.
If you are an artist looking to exhibit your work in the gallery, please submit your proposal using the exhibition proposal form.
