She’s 5’2”, and a former Mid-Missouri Hoop Shoot Champion. She’s the woman Jerry Seinfeld described as: “she makes a lot of sense. But not too much sense.” She’s a die-hard Cardinals fan, but also an avid golfer, and thinks the Masters are far more exciting than the Superbowl. She’ll school you on avoiding “crazy resale sites” when you buy tickets to her shows, and explain why growing up Irish-Catholic will make you less inclined to join a cult.
She’s smart, she’s funny, she zigs just when you think she’s about to zag, and she’s coming to the CFCC Wilson Center on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 7:00pm (the doors to the Center will open at 5:30pm).
Why does she call her fans “Termites?” What’s it like to farm in the Ozarks? Did she wish she was a Viking during the eclipse? For answers to these questions, and many more, take a listen to her eponymous podcast – Madigan’s Pubcast – which she started during Covid as a way to remain connected to her audience despite being unable to perform live.
Maybe you’ve been asked to leave a gym because you stayed too long, Kathleen Madigan hasn’t, but that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t come see her show. You’ll laugh, you probably won’t cry, you’ll reconsider boxed wine, and you’ll be in a much better mood by the time you leave.
So put down that screaming goat, and get yourself some tickets from THIS website to see Kathleen Madigan. It just makes sense, in the funniest way possible.
