Wanda Sykes Phone-Free Event Yondr Info

We are so excited to welcome Wanda Sykes to the Wilson Center on Jan. 27! A reminder that this event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smartwatches, and other recording devices or accessories will not be permitted in the performance space. Anyone seen using a device during the performance will be escorted out of the venue by security.

What to Expect At Point of Entry:

Step 1: Ticket Scanning & Will Call

  • Have your tickets ready when you enter the building (you may still use your phone to access your tickets, but we recommend printing them ahead of time for ease of entry)
  • OR have your photo ID ready to get in line for Will Call

Step 2: Yondr

  • All phones, smartwatches, and recording devices or accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches and returned to you
  • Guests may maintain possession of their phones throughout the night, and if needed, may access their phones at the designated Yondr phone use area in the lobby
  • Yondr pouches will be unlocked at the end of the show

Step 3: Evolv

  • Lastly, all guests must pass through the Evolv security system
  • Review prohibited items and permitted bag sizes on our  Safety First  page

Tip: To avoid waiting in lines before or after the event to obtain and return Yondr pouches, please consider printing your ticket ahead of time and leaving your phone or other devices in your car or at home.

Print Your E-Tickets

All your E-Tickets are easily accessible through your account:

  • Navigate to  WilsonCenterTickets.com, click “My Account” in the main navigation bar, login with your credentials
  • On the “ My Account ” page, click “E-Tickets” (hint: it is the 5th one in the list)
  • Locate Wanda Sykes and click “download” to get a PDF of your tickets
  • Print the PDF and you are good to go!
